Entertainment by T

This past Sunday T came running up to me at the end of church with this picture waving in his hand, "Mom, this is a picture of dad with his big fat head!" The lady standing in the foyer laughed and then said "that's just because he knows so much."
Then today he asked me "how far can turtles swim?" I told him they can swim for miles and miles. Then he asked "where do they go, to turtle lake?" What do you say to that?

Boys will be Boys!

These past few days have been humorous thanks to my boys. These pics are of the aftermath from doing Z's laundry. The top picture is the mess that fell from the dryer when I opened it after his clothes were done. Z had so graciously loaded his laundry in the morning. Surprise!! Paper, a feather, a rock and other various items and then when I looked in the dryer there was a magnetix toy stuck to the inside. Now on to T. We went for a walk the other day and he remembered us seeing a skunk in this certain spot a year ago. He said "I hope we don't see that skunk, he will spray us with his mouth." I then told him they don't spray out of their mouths but out of their bum's, kind-of. We then had a detailed discussion on how skunks aim their spray and so on, T was educating me. When we passed by the spot on our way back he said, "skunks fly with their bums, they us the gas from their bums, I know because when I turned four I just knew!" Okay, so you really can't argue with T becasue he states everything so matter-of-factly, so I politley said I didn't think that was the case, but he said I was mistaken.

Easter Egg Hunt!!!

Egg hunt at our neighbor's house. This was fun, fun, fun. I am ashamed to say that I took candy from a kid and ate it. A girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do!

Rodeo, Barbies and a new dining table!!!

Alright, it's been a few weeks and we have been busy! I got a new dining table, which we desperately needed with our expanding family. Speaking of expanding family the fertility clinic called and asked if we would like another three embryo's from the same donor as E's, hello more beautiful, feisty kids you bet!!! Barbie's, every girl needs one. We got some barbie's for the girls, thank you you-know-who, and E promptly combed her dolls perfectly coifed hair into a rat's nest much like her own and N has enjoyed them both. On Friday we went to the PRCA rodeo with G&G B and it was really fun. It was fast-paced and the kids loved the action and the rodeo clowns. The kids were soooo good, why can't they be like this in Sacrament, probably because there are no bucking broncs in sacrament.
