Naughty Children!!

Does anyone else have mornings like this??

Let me preface this experience with a tale from the night before. E wouldn't go to sleep when Mark and I wanted to go to sleep. We were all trying to sleep in our bed and we dozed off. When I woke up at one 'o' clock to feed the baby all of the lights were on in the house and my little mischief maker was sleeping in her bed upside down. I then woke up at three 'o' clock and then four 'o' clock. Gotta love babies.
So that sets me up for a grumpy morning!
Enter T into the story. I go down to see if he is doing what he is supposed to and of course he is not. To add to all of this he had peed his bed. He gets dressed goes upstairs to do his chores then has to go back downstairs to get his coat. Then he goes out into our hot tub room to take care of the cats as I was making lunches. Several minutes passed and no T. I go out into the hot tub room and find him with his arm up to his shoulder in the hot tub, water on his face and pants. He pulls it out and it is sopping wet. So not only is he not doing what he is supposed to but now he is soaked. Totally lost my cool. Not cool!!
I go back to the kitchen to get his cereal ready and am bombarded by Z with all of his morning zest. I get the milk from the refridgerator and the cereal and pour them into the bowl. Guess what? E had emptied the milk out last night during her escapde and had filled the milk jug back up with water. At this point what do I have left to do but laugh. So I went and told Mark all about our naughty children.

Dinnertime chat.

We were eating dinner and Mark got an emergency call, while he was on the phone this is what he missed:
T after poking his eyeball because he waving his hands around instead of eating
T: I hurted myself, my eye hurts.
E: My eye hurts.
T: I think when they took out my tonsils they burned my eyes.
Z: It's been so long since I've had a strawberry it's kind of sour. Do you remember when we took strawberry shortcakes on a picnic last summer?
T: Do you know what real people do when they go on picnics and there is nowhere to sit? They use a blanket. They really do.
E: I want some agua. (climbing down from the table, climbing up the counter and retrieving a cup, filling it with water and then proceeding to get everyone a cup of water but taking a sip of each as she was bringing it over to the table.)
T: She is the police officer water girl.

Never a dull moment!!!
