"That's my girl!"

When Mark and I found out that we were going to be able to have six embryo's and that they would be Hispanic, I envisioned this gorgeous little girl with long dark wavy hair and always looking sooo cute! Instead, I have this gorgeous, feisty little thing with hair as wild as it comes, makes her brother cry and in the same moment wants to put makeup and lotion on like mommy. What a wonder, sooo different than my boys. Oh, and by the way her dad spoils her, she can do no wrong and when she does, like hitting him in the face, he laughs and says how cute she is. She'll probably drive a sweet car and give her dad "the look" that will melt his heart with her dark brown eyes and she will get anything she wants. He already lets her play with his wallet. I don't even get to do that!!! The first pic is of the kids in one of my cupboards, a daily occurrence. Why do they like squeezing themselves into tiny spaces? Then we have E delicately eating her yogurt. Note the "wild" hair I am talking about. Next pic is of E mistaking T's marker for chapstick. The last pic is of T, he was sick and up really early and apparently fell asleep like this on our dog's bed. Enjoy!!

"These are my days"

Okay, so here is a typical day with these two rascals. The first pic is of T making a mold of his ear with black play-doh. I then had to dig it out of his ear canal, he then made a mold of his mouth, nose(eww), and hand. He did ask me to make a side-walk out of the black color, and a cloud out of the white. The next pic is of them sitting in a tiny chair. E was throwing a fit b/c T was sitting in the chair and then T did a really nice thing and scooted over so E could sit there. He then put his arm around her and played with her. Sometimes your kids can surprise you. The next pic is of the evidence left by E in my bathroom. She has taken to unrolling the TP and then tearing small sections off and chewing them. As you can see she deserted her bottle and has several pieces of chewed and spit out TP on the floor. Yum. And that folks sums up a typical day with my kids. Sorry about the sideways pic but I keep forgetting to edit them!!

"Batmobile"

It was a family affair getting Zach's pinewood derby car ready. He decided to do the Batmobile and it was a fun choice. Mark really got into it sanding all of the parts and we painted it and made it awesome. He took 5th place which is a far sight better than the two previous years. Sorry about the sideways pic I am too lazy to change it!!

"It's not Scary" sledding, or so T says.

We went sledding with some friends at the Ucon hill. It was a pretty steep hill for me to watch my children plummet down. When T asked if he could go down by himself I had to try it out with him first. I screamed all the way down and he laughed and when we got to the bottom he says "See mom, it's not that scary." Zach went down a few times and then had had his fill. Mark took Evie to a smaller hill and went down with her. She didn't fuss once. Tristan went down again and again and was so sad when we had to leave for Mark to go on an emergency call.
